If you are in search of a convenient, quick and nutritious recipe try this one.

Take between a 1/2lb to a lb of boneless, skinless chicken tenders and put in a lightly oiled fry pan on medium heat for ten minutes. Completely separate tenders and pour about four to five tablespoons of the Original Huckleberry's BBQ sauce over it and let it simmer (covered) for about fifteen more minutes. Stir sauce periodically. Chicken is best served over either saffron rice, but can be used on white as well. Green beans or aspargus on the side make it a handsome and well balanced serve after a long day. Its not so bad on the budget as well. Enjoy!
